Went to the holocaust museum this morning to kick off week #2. It's a sobering experience, but well, well worth a visit or two. I plan to go again. The last time I was there I was about 14. It was really moving then, but it's even more so now and I wonder what it will be like in another 15 years, should I get the privilege of visiting it then.

I think that the most sobering part of the Holocaust museum is the photo gallery that starts on the top floor and then starts disappearing as you get farther into the exhibit. Very sobering! The only thing more sobering is a trip to the Viet Nam Memorial on Veterans day or Arlington Cemetary on Memorial Day! Make sure you do those trips! (Any plans to visit the Spy Museum? It's by the Old Post Office building, I think...)
